A convenient electrical receptacle allows you to plug an iron directly into the unit. The lighted rocker change allows you to turn the electricity to the iron on and off. A safety disconnect switch automatically shuts the tenseness off when the ironing board is in an upright position. Adjustable spotlight eliminates overhead shadows. The ministry is a heavy duty 24 gauge metal and comes with an unfinished flat birch gloss door that can be painted, stained or wallpapered to match any decor. Product is fully assembled and organize to install. Complete ironing center is UL Listed. Cabinet is designed for recessed mounting between studs. Rift requirement is 14.375"W x 47"L x 3.875"D. Handi-Bustle Ironing Center
This ironing on does work, but is cheaply made (though not cheaply priced) and not worth the money. The cabinet is dirk and the most of the pieces are riveted together. However, several of the rivets were lose or broken, and the fit of the steel pieces was bad. The door is partial to with a piano hinge, but the fit to the cabinet is poor and cannot be adjusted.
There is a shelf in the top of the cabinet that in a picture looks like a shelf for an iron, but it illogical to fit a normal size iron on it.
I would not recommend this product; it gets 2 stars because it can actually be inured to even if it irritates me every time. Lee Valley sells a wood cabinet with swiveling board for a palpably lower price; I would get that if I had not already bought this.

Expedient Space Saver
I was surprised how unreserved this was to install. It fits between the studs. It holds an iron, a can of spray starch (or whatever) - has a built in electrical escape which can be hardwire connected if you wish - for even more convenience. Has a nice hardwood front that can be stained or painted. I designed putting a bulletin board on the front of mine. The full sized ironing board swivels 90 degrees so you can use it uniform or perpendicular to the wall.
If you can cut a hole in drywall, you should be able to install this.

Status built ironing board
This is a strudy, well built issue. It was very easy to install. I did it in 15 minutes. My wife loves it.
Now she has a lot more room in her sewing accommodation. We opted to paint it, but it can be stained also.
We reccommend it highly.

I hostility to iron!
So I wanted something to turn into it as quick, convenient and painless as possible. This wall mounted ironing board really does the deceit. Easy to install, just find the studs and no big holes in the wall. I painted it the same color as the close off and you hardly even notice it. Still don't like to iron but at least I don't have to drag a board out to get it done.

Ironing Go aboard
It was equitable what my wife wanted and at a very reasonable price. It arrived in great shape within a few days of ordering. It was clear to install using the provided hardware. You will have to drill holes for the mounting screws. It is a bit dismal and MUST be securely attached to a wall stud. The door swings to the right so keep that in mind when installing. It does launch flat to the wall. Easy to use and sturdy. My wife loves it!

Handi-Seethe Surface Mount Ironing Board
This Handi-Gentlemen of the press Surface Mount Ironing Board is well made and easy to install....You just need to furthermore carefully and install it into a stud with the 2 large screws. The box is nicely finished and only needs to be stained or painted. I found the "recessed" quintessence of board in Home furnishing stores but you need to cut through a wall for that type of board. I'm delighted I found a "surface mounted" board like this one. This surface mounted ironing board is great for apartments...no necessary to hire an installer.

Entire, very handy and attractive.
This ironing council has been great so far. We needed something that would take up as little room as possible and also be very unobtrusive. It has been great on both counts. The craftsmanship of the front entrance is great but they used staples instead of nails for the outside trim, which looks a bit plastic. You can't really see it unless you examine it closely but it still bothers me. (The color of the side trim is also a bit green compared to the front; I'm hoping that will be persistent by a layer of stain.)
We were a bit leery about the whole thing being held by just one screw (in a metal stud) but it appears to be very solid. The unit is very heavy and holding it up against the wall made installation was tricky.
