Didn't seem to business at all!I received the battery-operated and immediately replaced the one in my Scooba with this new one. It went into the deep charge cycle (rapid flashing). So, after a day or so, when it indicated it was fully charged, I tried to use it. It ran for about 10 minutes and died with no power. I tried to coercion another deep charge cycle and tried it again. No power at all this time! I have purchased another battery from another online fund now. Hopefully that will solve my issue and I can once again have clean floors.

Exalted customer serviceAfter shipping our batteries to us, they weren't delivered. We knew this was a USPS big problem and contacted the seller. They immediately wrote back and said they would send out another shipment which they did.
Roomba Batteries
I protection' used the batteries yet, because I bought them as spares. But if they are like those I've purchased in the past they should be fine. I did have a facer with the vendor (battery geek) shipping them to me postage due, since postage was included in the purchase outlay.
